Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before starting your project with Tristara IT Solutions.

1. Payment Terms & Advance

To initiate any project, a formal agreement and an advance payment are mandatory. This ensures commitment from both parties.

Initial Advance: A 40% to 50% advance payment is required to commence work.
Milestone Payments: Remaining payments are divided based on project milestones (e.g., Design approval, Beta testing).
Final Handover: The complete source code and deployment will be done only after the final payment clearance.

2. Project Meetings & Communication

We prioritize transparency. All project discussions and updates will follow a professional communication channel.

Google Meet/Zoom: Regular progress meetings will be scheduled via Google Meet or Zoom.
Communication: Primary updates will be shared via Email or dedicated WhatsApp groups.
Feedback: Client feedback must be provided within 48 hours of updates to maintain the development speed.

3. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Software requires regular updates. After the free support period, AMC terms will apply.

Support Period: Every project comes with a standard free support period for bug fixes.
AMC Fees: Post-launch maintenance, server monitoring, and minor updates are covered under the AMC plan.
Exclusions: Major new features or architectural changes are not part of regular AMC and will be billed separately.

4. Intellectual Property

Once the full payment is received, the client holds 100% intellectual property rights and ownership of the developed software and source code.
